The NEW Thermo Scientific HIER buffers provide optimal performance with the Thermo Scientific PT Module antigen retrieval device.These buffers feature increased pH stability, pH color coding and 15 mL volumes to reduce potential errors and manual steps associated with routine antigen retrieval.

The benefits of the NEW Thermo Scientific HIER buffer include:

• Easy dilution procedure- Simply add one 15 mL bottle to the PT Module tank and then add the deionized water (1,5 L total)
• New formulation increases pH stability and performance for at least 5 runs or 1 week of use
• pH specific color coding reduces potential errors
• Validated with many ntibodie and the Thermo Scientific Quanto detection system product line
